By accessing or using FreeIPTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FreeIPTools provides free IP address lookup, network diagnostic tools, and developer utilities. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Advertising Program
The Service offers a self-serve text advertising program. By participating as an advertiser, you agree to the following:
- All deposits are non-refundable. Account credits have no cash value.
- You are charged per impression (page view) and per click based on current rates, which may change at any time.
- Ads are subject to review and may be removed at our sole discretion without refund.
- You may not advertise illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, or any content that violates applicable law.
- Click fraud or manipulation of impression/click counts will result in immediate account termination with no refund.
- Ads will pause automatically when your account balance reaches $0.00.
- We reserve the right to adjust CPM and CPC rates; existing balances are not grandfathered at old rates.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to disrupt or overwhelm our servers or infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission.
- Use the API in a way that exceeds reasonable usage limits.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Service are the property of FreeIPTools. You may not copy or reproduce any part without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
FreeIPTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Network diagnostic results are provided for informational purposes only.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
